Instructions

2-Gradually add 1 to 2 tablespoons of cream or milk, stirring continuously. Add more cream or milk a little at a time until the icing reaches the desired consistency, usually about 3 tablespoons total.
3-Drizzle or spread the icing over warm cinnamon rolls approximately 10 to 15 minutes after removing them from the oven for optimal results.
