Ingredients

Scale

Sauce:
1/2 cup coconut aminos
1 tablespoon rice vinegar
2 teaspoons sesame oil
1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
Optional: 1 teaspoon lime juice, 1 teaspoon honey, 1 teaspoon sriracha or fish sauce

Stir Fry:
1 tablespoon avocado oil or preferred cooking oil
1 medium onion, chopped
4 garlic cloves, minced
1 inch piece fresh ginger, grated
1 pound ground beef (90/10 lean recommended)
1 head of cabbage, thinly sliced (about 8 cups)
1/2 cup shredded carrot
1/2 cup julienned red bell peppers (optional)
Salt and pepper, to taste
Optional garnishes: sliced green onions, toasted sesame seeds, cilantro, extra sriracha

Instructions

1. Whisk together the sauce ingredients in a bowl and set aside.
