Instructions

2. Season the mixture with salt and pepper to taste. Mix until all ingredients are well incorporated.
3. Place lettuce leaves on two slices of bread. Spoon the chicken salad evenly over the lettuce.
4. Add optional toppings such as sliced tomatoes, pickles, or avocado if desired.
5. Top with the remaining slices of bread to form sandwiches.
6. Cut sandwiches in half and serve immediately or wrap for lunch on the go.
