1/4 cup red onion, finely diced

4 slices of sourdough or whole wheat bread
Lettuce leaves
Optional: sliced tomatoes, pickles, or avocado for serving

Instructions

2. Season the mixture with salt and pepper to taste. Mix until all ingredients are well incorporated.
