Instructions
1-Begin by tossing the chicken pieces in 1 tablespoon olive oil and 1 tablespoon poultry seasoning, then cook them in a skillet over medium heat until golden brown, about 5 to 7 minutes.
2-In a bowl, combine 1 stick melted butter, 1 tablespoon minced garlic, 1 tablespoon chopped parsley, and 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes, then spread this mixture evenly on the bread halves.
3-Toast the bread in the oven for 5 to 10 minutes until golden.
4-In the same pan, melt half a stick of butter over medium-low heat, stir in 1 tablespoon minced garlic, and cook for 2 to 3 minutes until fragrant. Lower the heat and add Β½ cup heavy cream, ΒΌ cup shredded Parmesan cheese, and 1 tablespoon chopped parsley; simmer for 3 to 5 minutes until slightly thickened.
5-Spread half the Alfredo sauce over the toasted bread, top with the cooked chicken and Β½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese, then spread the remaining sauce on top. Return the bread to the oven and bake for 5 minutes until the cheese melts. Slice into pieces and serve warm.
