Ingredients

– 2 large tortillas (regular or low-carb/high-protein)

– 7 oz (200 grams) cooked chicken, chopped

– 2 garlic cloves, minced or grated

– 2 tablespoons light mayonnaise

– 1 tablespoon light Greek yogurt or plain yogurt

– 2 teaspoons hot sauce

– 1/4 teaspoon salt

– 3 oz (90 grams) grated cheese (cheddar blend recommended)

– 1 green onion, chopped

– Olive oil spray

Instructions

1-First Steps: Prep and Mix: In a bowl, mix the chopped chicken, garlic, mayonnaise, yogurt, hot sauce, and salt. This creates a creamy base that brings everything together. Lay out a tortilla and sprinkle about 2 tablespoons of cheese on the lower third for a gooey center.

2-Cooking the Wraps: Add about two-thirds of a cup of the chicken mixture onto the cheese, followed by another tablespoon of cheese and the chopped green onion. Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll it up tightly from the bottom to seal in the flavors. Heat a non-stick pan over medium-high heat and spray with olive oil, then place the wraps seam-side down.
