– 1 stick (divided) Unsalted butter for creating a smooth, rich base

– 1 tablespoon, minced Fresh parsley for fresh herbal notes

Instructions

1-Melt 1 tablespoon of the unsalted butter in a small saucepan over low heat.

2-Add the 4 cloves of minced garlic and cook, stirring constantly, for 1 minute until it turns light brown for that caramelized flavor.

3-Pour in the 1 tablespoon of fresh lemon juice, then reduce the heat to low and simmer for 1 minute to brighten the mix.

4-Add the remaining butter, 1 tablespoon of minced fresh parsley, and 2 tablespoons of Cajun seasoning; whisk while the butter melts fully to combine everything smoothly.

5-Cook for about 5 minutes, tasting and adjusting the seasoning as needed for your preferred spice level.
