Ingredients

– 1 kg chicken wings

– 120 ml hot sauce

– 60 grams butter

– 1-2 teaspoons garlic powder

– Approximately 1 liter vegetable oil

Instructions

1-Preheat vegetable oil: Preheat vegetable oil in a deep fryer or pot to 375°F (190°C).

2-Rinse chicken wings: Rinse chicken wings and pat them dry with paper towels.

3-Season wings: Season wings with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and cayenne pepper.

4-Fry wings: Fry wings in batches for 10-12 minutes until golden and cooked.

5-Make the sauce: Melt butter and mix with hot sauce to make the sauce.

6-Toss wings in sauce: Remove wings, drain them, then toss in the sauce right away.

7-Serve: Serve hot with celery sticks and your favorite dip.
