Ingredients
1 pound (about 450g) boneless skinless chicken breasts, sliced into long thin strips
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 cup buffalo hot sauce
1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Pinch of salt
4 large flour tortillas (burrito-size)
1/2 cup blue cheese or ranch dressing
2 cups chopped romaine or iceberg lettuce
1/2 cup shredded carrot
1/2 avocado, sliced (optional)
1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese or Mexican cheese blend
Optional fillings: sliced red or green onions, diced tomatoes, pickled jalapeños, crispy bacon
Instructions
1. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, buffalo sauce, smoked paprika, garlic powder, and salt. Marinate chicken strips for at least 10 minutes.
2. Cook marinated chicken strips over medium-high heat in a skillet for 4-5 minutes until cooked through.
3. Lay tortillas flat and spread a thin layer of blue cheese or ranch dressing on each.
4. Add lettuce, shredded carrots, avocado, cheese, and any optional fillings on each tortilla.
5. Place chicken strips down the center of each tortilla.
6. Roll each tortilla tightly, folding in sides to create a wrap.
7. Serve immediately with extra hot sauce or dressing, warm or cold.
