Ingredients

– 1 to 2 tablespoons raw, unfiltered apple cider vinegar

– Juice of ½ to 2 medium fresh lemons

– ½ to 2 cm fresh ginger knob, grated

– 1 teaspoon raw honey or preferred sweetener

– 1 to 2 cups warm or room temperature filtered water

– A pinch of cayenne pepper, cinnamon, turmeric, and black pepper

– Butterfly pea flower

– Yerba mate tea

– Camu camu powder

– Fresh mint leaves

– Lemon/lime wheels

Instructions

1-Prepare the lemons: Roll lemons on the counter gently to get maximum juice out, then juice ½ to 2 lemons, straining out any seeds.

2-Grate the ginger: Use the edge of a spoon to peel the fresh ginger knob and grate directly into your glass or jar. For less texture, strain grated ginger juice through cheesecloth.

3-Mix the base: Add raw apple cider vinegar and optional raw honey or sweetener to the lemon and ginger mixture. Stir until the honey dissolves completely.

4-Add water: Pour in warm or room temperature filtered water (1 to 2 cups) and stir well. For a fizzy twist, swap half the water for unsweetened seltzer.

5-Incorporate extras: Add optional boosters like cayenne, cinnamon, or turmeric and mix gently.

6-Serve: Enjoy immediately for best benefits. Serve on an empty stomach in the morning. Chill by refrigerating for 10 minutes or serve over ice, garnished with fresh mint or lemon slices.
