🫐 These Blueberry Popsicles offer a delicious and easy way to enjoy a healthy homemade treat.
❄️ Perfect for cooling down on warm days with natural fruit sweetness and creamy yogurt texture.

  • Total Time: 3 hours 20 minutes
  • Yield: 6 popsicles

Ingredients

– 1 1/4 cups frozen blueberries for natural sweetness and vibrant color

– 1 cup vanilla yogurt for creaminess and a protein boost

– 1 large ripe banana for natural sweetness and smooth texture

Instructions

1-First, gather and prepare all ingredients, making sure the blueberries are clean and the banana is peeled. You can use fresh or frozen blueberries based on what you have on hand.

2-In a blender, combine the blueberries, banana, and yogurt. Blend until completely smooth, adding a small amount of liquid like water, orange juice, or milk if needed for easier blending.

3-Pour the smooth mixture into popsicle molds, leaving about 1/4-inch of space at the top to allow for expansion during freezing.

4-Cover the molds with foil or use the provided lid if available, then insert popsicle sticks into the center of each mold.

5-Freeze the popsicles until solid, which takes at least 3 hours, though overnight works best for a firm texture. To remove them, briefly dip the bottom of the mold in warm water and gently pull the stick to release the pop.

Notes

🧊 Use frozen fruit to speed up freezing and achieve colder popsicles; fresh fruit can be frozen beforehand.
🍦 Always leave headspace in the molds to allow for expansion and prevent spills.
💡 Dip molds briefly in warm water before removing popsicles for easier release without breaking.
