Ingredients
– 1 1/4 cups frozen blueberries (fresh blueberries can be substituted)
– 1 cup vanilla yogurt (vanilla Greek yogurt is recommended for thickness and higher protein content)
– 1 large ripe banana, peeled
Instructions
1-Combine the frozen blueberries, banana, and vanilla yogurt in a blender. Secure the lid and blend until completely smooth. If needed to achieve a smooth consistency without chunks, add a small amount of liquid (such as water, orange juice, or milk).
2-Pour the blended mixture into popsicle molds, ensuring you leave approximately 1/4-inch of space at the top of each mold to allow for expansion during freezing.
3-Cover the molds with either their provided lids or foil. Carefully insert popsicle sticks into the center of each mold through the foil or lid openings.
4-Freeze the filled molds until the popsicles are completely solid. This takes at least 3 hours, but freezing overnight yields the best results.
5-To remove the popsicles for serving, briefly dip the bottom of each mold into warm water for a few seconds. Gently pull on the popsicle sticks to release the popsicles.
