Ingredients

– 8 romaine lettuce leaves for structure and protein

– 8 hard-boiled eggs for structure and protein

Instructions

1-Rinse the lettuce leaves and pat them dry, then place them on plates or a serving platter and set aside.

2-Chop the hard-boiled eggs and add them to a medium mixing bowl.

3-In a small mixing bowl, combine the mayonnaise, yellow mustard, salt, paprika, and pepper; stir well to make the dressing.

4-Add the dressing to the chopped eggs and mix thoroughly.

5-Evenly fill the lettuce leaves with the egg salad mixture, then top evenly with the crumbled bacon and diced tomato.
