Ingredients
– 5 flour tortillas
– 1/2 stick salted butter, melted
– 3/4 cup granulated sugar
– 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
– 1/2 cup sliced strawberries
– 1/2 cup blackberries
– 1/2 cup raspberries
– 1/2 cup blueberries
– 1/2 cup sliced almonds
– Whipped cream for topping
Instructions
1-Preheat the oven: to 375 degrees and line a large sheet pan with parchment paper to prevent sticking.
2-Melt the butter: in the microwave or on the stovetop, then in a small bowl, mix the granulated sugar and cinnamon together for the coating.
3-Brush one side of each flour tortilla: with the melted butter, and sprinkle 1 to 2 tablespoons of the cinnamon-sugar mixture on top. Shake off any excess to avoid mess.
4-Cut each tortilla into 6 pieces: using a sharp knife or pizza cutter, and arrange the pieces on the prepared baking sheet for even cooking.
5-Bake: for about 12 minutes; the chips might feel soft when you take them out, but they will harden as they cool, giving that perfect crunch.
6-Let the tortilla chips cool completely: before you assemble to keep everything crisp.
7-Arrange the chips on plates: then top with the mixed berries, sliced almonds, and whipped cream. Serve right away for the best taste and texture.
