Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F).
2. Whisk flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
3. In a large bowl, cream together butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
4. Beat in eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla.
5. Alternately add dry ingredients and milk to the butter mixture, mixing until just combined.
6. Add food coloring to the batter to achieve desired pink hue.
7. Pour into greased and floured pans.

10. Beat butter for frosting until creamy. Gradually add powdered sugar, vanilla, and milk until smooth.
11. Spread frosting between layers and ice the entire cake smoothly.
12. Apply edible frosting sheets or image toppers carefully.
13. Decorate with sprinkles, glitter, and Barbie-themed toppers or doll.
