Instructions

1-Preheating your oven to 425°F is the first step to get this gluten-free baked stuffed shrimp casserole ready for baking.

2-Start by peeling and deveining 1 lb of large shrimp, then butterfly them for the stuffing.

3-In a bowl, mix the crab stuffing with 1 lb lump crab meat, 1 cup cracker crumbs, 2 cloves minced garlic, 1/3 cup chopped parsley, lemon zest and juice, and 1/2 stick melted butter.

4-Arrange the seasoned shrimp in a baking dish with tails up, then spoon the mixture over and around them.

5-Bake for 12 to 14 minutes until the shrimp are cooked and the top turns lightly golden, with an optional broil for extra color.

6-Once done, let it rest and serve with lemon wedges for a fresh finish.

7-Preheat oven and prepare shrimp.

8-Mix the crab stuffing thoroughly.

9-Assemble in the dish and bake.

10-Check for doneness and serve.
