Ingredients
Approximately 4 medium apples
1 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
2 tablespoons Maple Syrup
1 teaspoon Cinnamon For flavor
2 tablespoons Sugar
Instructions
1-Peel, core, and slice the apples into even pieces for uniform cooking.
2-Toss the apple slices with 1 tablespoon (15 ml) of vegetable oil to help them crisp up.
3-Place the apples in a single layer in the air fryer basket to allow hot air to circulate evenly.
4-Air fry at 400 degrees F (200 degrees C) for about 14 minutes, or until they are tender and starting to brown. Shake the basket halfway through for the best results.
5-In a bowl, mix the cooked apples with 2 tablespoons (30 ml) maple syrup, 1 teaspoon (2-3 grams) cinnamon, and 2 tablespoons (25 grams) sugar for added sweetness and flavor.

🍎 Avoid using aerosol cooking sprays directly in the air fryer; instead, use an oil sprayer to protect the non-stick coating.
🍏 Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days or freeze for up to one month.
🍎 For a variation, try adding nuts or a dollop of Greek yogurt for extra texture and protein.
