🥤 Enjoy a Refreshing Homemade Rainbow Sherbet Punch that bursts with vibrant colors and fruity flavors!
🍹 Perfect for any occasion, this punch adds a delightful splash of fun to your party tables.

  • Total Time: 10 minutes
  • Yield: 20 servings 1x

Ingredients

Scale

64 ounces (half gallon) fruit punch (any variety like Hawaiian fruit punch, orange, passion fruit, grape, or pineapple can be used)
2 liters lemon-lime soda (such as Sprite, 7Up, or alternatives like ginger ale or Fresca)
6 ounces (half can) frozen limeade concentrate, thawed (can substitute with frozen cherry limeade or orange juice concentrate)
2 quarts (half gallon) rainbow sherbet (or strawberry, raspberry sherbet as alternatives)
Optional fresh fruit for garnish: strawberries, raspberries, pineapple chunks

Instructions

1. In a large punch bowl, mix the thawed limeade concentrate with the fruit punch and lemon-lime soda in equal parts (depending on punch bowl size).
2. Just before serving, gently add scoops of rainbow sherbet on top of the liquid mixture using an ice cream scoop.
3. Keep additional sherbet scoops frozen to add more during the party as desired. Garnish with fresh fruit if preferred.
4. Serve chilled. For best results, refrigerate the punch base (fruit punch, limeade, and soda) beforehand and add sherbet just before serving to maintain the punch’s fizzy, creamy texture. Use a ladle to serve carefully without disturbing the sherbet topping.

Notes

🍦 Freeze sherbet scoops on a parchment-lined tray for about 30 minutes before adding, to help them hold shape longer.
🍸 For adult versions, add a splash of rum, vodka, Prosecco, Champagne, or flavored rum to spike the punch.
🍓 Use fresh or frozen fruit chunks for added flavor and visual appeal.
