🧀 Perfect for gatherings, this Cheesy Pull-Apart Bread bursts with classic pizza flavors and is a crowd-pleaser for all ages!
🍕 Quick and effortless, this recipe makes an impressive appetizer or snack that everyone will love to share.

  • Total Time: 25-45 minutes
  • Yield: 8 servings 1x

Ingredients

Scale

12 ounces (about 16 biscuits) refrigerated flaky biscuits
16 slices pepperoni, quartered (approximately 8 ounces)
1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese (about 6 ounces)
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese (about 1 ounce)
1 tablespoon olive oil or melted butter
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1 teaspoon onion powder
¼ teaspoon garlic salt
Pizza sauce or marinara sauce for dipping

Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 350-400°F (175-200°C) and generously spray a Bundt pan with nonstick cooking spray.
2. Cut each biscuit into 4 pieces and toss them in olive oil or melted butter to coat evenly.
3. In a large bowl, combine the biscuit pieces, quartered pepperoni, shredded mozzarella, grated Parmesan, Italian seasoning, onion powder, and garlic salt. Toss well to evenly distribute all ingredients.
4. Spread the mixture evenly in the prepared Bundt pan without packing too tightly.
5. Bake on the middle oven rack for 15 to 35 minutes—approximately 15 minutes at 400°F or 30-35 minutes at 350°F—until the bread is golden brown and cooked through. If the top browns too quickly, tent with foil to prevent burning.
6. Remove from the oven and allow it to cool for a few minutes. Carefully invert the Bundt pan onto a plate to release the bread, ensuring the cheesy, pepperoni topping is facing up.
7. Serve warm with pizza or marinara sauce for dipping.
