Ingredients
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
16 whole pickles (dill preferred)
16 slices deli meat (ham, pastrami, corned beef, roast beef, turkey, or chicken)
Optional: ranch powder, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, jalapeno juice, finely chopped pickled jalapenos
Instructions
1. Lay a slice of deli meat flat on a clean surface.
2. Spread 1 tablespoon of softened cream cheese over the meat. Option to mix in chopped pickled jalapenos or seasonings into cream cheese before spreading.
3. Place one whole pickle in the center of the meat slice. Pat dry with a paper towel to remove excess moisture.
4. Roll up the meat tightly around the pickle, securing the seam. Repeat with remaining slices and pickles.
