5 cups water
1 cup granulated sugar
2 tablespoons seedless blackberry jam (optional)
1 cup fresh squeezed lime juice
1 cup fresh blackberries, pureed and strained

Instructions
1. Boil 1 cup water with 1 cup sugar and 2 tablespoons blackberry jam in a saucepan until the sugar dissolves, creating a simple syrup. Let it cool for 15 minutes.
2. Puree 1 cup fresh blackberries, then strain to remove seeds, keeping the juice.
3. In a large pitcher, combine the cooled simple syrup with the remaining 4 cups water and 1 cup fresh lime juice.
4. Stir in the blackberry puree and mix well.
5. Serve over ice and garnish with fresh lime slices, blackberries, and mint sprigs.
